The Nayudu Sangam, established in 1917 by eminent persons of those days for rendering educational and charitable assistance to the poor and needy, has completed 90 years of yeoman service. The celebration of diamond jubilee in the history of a social service organization is a memorable event. Despite the vicissitudes over the years, the fact that the Sangam has served and continues to render service is a tribute to those connected with the management of the Sangam during these years and we gratefully acknowledge their selfless service.
The objectives of the Sangam have been properly defined to suit the present day needs and a revised constitution has been passed by the General Body. The Sangam has to undertake special efforts for the welfare measures particularly education of the community at large and Nayudu in particular, besides the language and culture of the community.
The Sangam is grateful for the support it has received from the Members.
