The following sub committees were formed with few members headed by one of the members to organize the meeting periodically and to monitor effectively on its activities and submit the report to the main committee for consideration and implementation.              

A.   ADMINISTRATIVE SUB COMMITTEE:  The Administrative Sub Committee will deal with administrative matters like appointments, purchases, increments etc.and headed by Sri.W.S.Lakshmana Rao.

B.   SCHOOL SUB COMMITTEE: The school subcommittee takes care f the school administration, procurement of books, toys etc and address matters relating to education and is headed by Smt.G.Andal Rajaram.

C.   SCHOLARSHIP SUB COMMITTEE: The Committee will consider the application received for grant of scholarships duly recommended by Committee Members and accord to the deserving candidates. Sri.T.Narayana Rao, senior members is in charge of this Sub Committee.

D.   MANGALYADHANAM SUB COMMITTEE: This Sub Committee will look into the aspects of awarding MangalyaDhanam to the poorer section of the Community and forward the recommendation to the main committee which is under the charge of Sri.T.Badradri. Six offerings of the dhanam were sanctioned during the year.  

E.   BUILDING AND FUND RAISING SUB COMMITTEE: This Sub Committee will deal with all aspects of the proposed building, the ongoing works, future projects and day to day maintenance etc headed by Sri.K.Sreenath.

F.  MARRIAGE BUREAU SUB COMMITTEE: This committee will look into all aspects of improvements for the Marriage Bureau and create necessary infra structure Capt.G.N.Venkat Rajaram is in charge of this Committee.
